First under staffed at a busy location wait tm 30-40 paid almost a $100 for oil change with $25 coupon off over priced needless to say did not changed my sticker for 5,000 miles gave me scribbled sticker with incorrect next oil change and did not know or took the time to reset maintenance light I will not return. Also for fees paid should rotate tires like other places do with each oil change some improvements need to be made for the better going forward. Last techs was bringing oil out in a container pouring into a funnel to install fresh oil in vehicles?

I have had my share of bad experiences would take five and thought I would never come back I moved into the area and decided to give it another chance. I have never been to this location and was greeted by Nate the manager. Offered a bottle of water was given a very thorough oil change with an explanation of everything that was going on and even showed me pictures to help ease my mind about something I thought could have been wrong with my oil. He washed my windows told me to have a wonderful day and considering he was the only one working maintained a very pleasant attitude and was very very helpful I would never go to another location I am very happy that I had this wonderful experience thank you so much

When I drove in to Take Five, I had a tire light and a wrench light on. I’d been hit the week before so I knew my car might still have issues and it was rush hour. I visited Take five in Willoughby.
The manager whose daughter’s name is almost the same as mine, was a great help. Besides my oil change they got even air in all my tires and made sure all the warning lights were clear. I really appreciate the quality care I received.

They attendant did not check my air filter; did not check my air pressure in my tires; did not reset my oil monitor; wasn't attentive. I go there all the time and this was the first time I experienced this. I just went there last week.

Employees were not thorough. Manager and employees were arguing the whole time. Not very professional. I've been there quite a few times. This was the worst.

So I went to take 5 and had two guys take a 5 second look at my car and say they couldn't change my oil because they didn't want to burn themselves, and to not worry because my engine won't explode yet and that my eyes are very pretty. I left with them doing nothing to my car. I get that people need a chance to gain experience and all but the fact that both of them were younger than I was, and talking to me the way they did like I was an idiot just kinda pissed me off. So I came back the next week to two other gentleman who took a look and asked me why I was back if I was just there in their records. I explained to them what happened and one of them told me the others were just being lazy and didn't want to do the work because one of their big bosses was there that day and it was easier to send me off without changing my oil. They changed it quickly and were very polite. The two boys who actually did change my oil were very kind and did it quickly, they are the only reason I gave two stars but the other two boys need to be retrained or something because that was ridiculous.

Even though staff turnover happens, Take 5 always gives top notch service. Bottle of H2O, specific concerns of my hybrid car are discussed, tire pressure checked, air filters checked- even check cabin air filter and gladly accepts my coupon!
