The owners were so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and creative. I took in my grandmother’s bracelet and not only were they able to repair and adjust it, but were able to help me design a pair of matching earrings! A truly wonderful small business.

I had a broken necklace clasp and stopped by on a whim to see if it could be fixed. Bill had the clasp working better than ever in less than 10 minutes! He and his team were very friendly - I'll return for any other jewelry repairs.
