The woman who picked up the phone at the pharmacy today was so nasty for no reason- I was shocked. I don't expect much from pharmacy techs, but now I'm scared to even call about my ANXIETY MEDS or go in for pick up :(

Their coupon system is the worst. You have to go online and join. It took me 10 minutes and then it said they were having issues. I had received a coupon on my receipt from a previous purchase, when I tried to use it, she said it would be applied to my next purchase. What a scam. I am never going back.

These other reviews are hilarious. This Walgreens is a Walgreens and for that I give it 5 stars. Yelp's rating system is always utilized by the same type of people. Seriously, calm down Karen.

During this pandemic people are trying hard to find COVID-19 testing kits. Walgreens is selling them for $23.98 we are other stores nearby are selling them for $7.98 this is true pandemic price gouging. Do not shop at Walgreens!

If I could give a negative star I would. I have never in my life been treated so horrible from medical professionals. After waiting for 5 hours for my prescription to be sent over to CVS because they no longer take my insurance. I'm deciding to pay out of pocket because of the excruciating amount of pain I'm in. After being on hold for 15 minutes I finally got in touch with the same person who was supposed to send my script over and he tells me that CVS actually has to call to request that to be done. No one had the courtesy to call me and let me know for 5 hours!! When I questioned the representative he put it off like it was no big deal while I'm sitting here in pain. He had no sympathy at all. I asked for the manager and was again put on hold, after all of that the call was disconnected and at this point I'm really feeling like that it was purposely done. I'm an understanding person and I try and be patient because I know how crazy the world is with Covid but this was absolutely unacceptable. Now I'm paying 100 bucks for literally their negligence when that money could have been saved for my family. I'll never in my life even step a single foot into that store.

The pharmacy is a total wreck! They never have my prescriptions in stock. The pharmacy staff is hot and cold. Once in a while, they're really nice. Other times, it feels as if you are infringing on their social hour behind the pharmacy counter. Then they get downright rude. God forbid you need to talk to a pharmacist. They act as if you are committing an unpardonable sin. Not warm and fuzzy like the tv ads. My last trip to the pharmacy involved a half hour wait only to find out that my medication was out of stock, hello?! Coulda told me that so I wouldn't be sitting there waiting for nothing. I'm stuck with Walgreens because of my insurance. Too bad I had to change from CVS. Never had a problem there. I seriously suggest avoiding this pharmacy if you can. Customer service sucks beyond reproach!
