This is my third storage unit in various places over my lifetime. This is the worst. The guy that runs it is nice, but he's there when it's convenient for him. The posted hours are rarely followed. Call first before you go. On three separate occasions myself or my family arrived with full vehicles only to find the place closed. It is way over priced for a damp place without 24 hour access.

If I could rate it in the negative I WOULD. They didn't inform my mother that the indoor storage had a MAJOR leak until her brand new dresser which she paid over $1000 was badly damaged beyond repair. When the storage owner was informed he pretended to care but did nothing to prove his concern. No product replacement. No compensation. Do not trust the location with your personal belongings unless you want everything destroyed.

No security cameras in the outdoor storage lot. Three reports of stolen trailers/vehicles have been filed with the Willoughby Police Department this year (January through March of 2018). Rent at your own risk and if your property is stolen, you will not receive a refund for the remainder of the month's rent.

Roger is super nice makes it easy to get set up with an unit. Google Maps takes you to the wrong address though. Look for the sign that says "Uncle Marty's Outlet"
