I’ve worked with the team at Xpress off and on for many years. When I agreed to take on a freelance project, Xpress was the first place I contacted. Why? Because I trust them and respect their expertise. John and Kerri are pros at project management. Communication was top-notch whether it was to clarify part of the order, trouble shoot production issues or send a timeline reminder email. John offered product recommendations that were quality and budget-friendly. Kerri set me up with a production schedule as well as all of the templates and specs for each piece. It’s refreshing to work with an organized print-shop. They’re local, community focused and well, simply a pleasure to work with.
