“We were there in 2018-19 . My husband needed 33 radiation treatments for thyroid cancer and we lived 3.5 hours away. We were very Blessed to be able to stay at such an inviting, accommodating and Beautiful place! No need for TV's in the room. Visit with others in the dining room. Share experiences, stories, ideas and hope! We have made many friends.
Although my husband has done well, his cancer cells have metastasized and needs 15 more treatments.
Once again, we are blessed to be able to enjoy Hope Lodge. We are on our way now.”

“Loiter is a gem! Had the most beautiful and delicious turmeric latte with an amazing veggie sandwich. Tried thier espresso too and it was the best I've had in a long time. “Wonderfully affordable housing for qualifying seniors. The grounds are gorgeous! Residents have the opportunity to plant their own gardens; either in-ground or more accessible (3-ft high?) raised beds. They schedule many other delightful activities for residents. It's a great community!”

“My brother in law went to Heaven here in 2017. I can't say enough good things about this place. All the staff, Drs, nurses, aides were wonderful for all their care and compassion. It was a beautiful place for his last party he called it (everyone came to say goodbye) I made food and iced tea he really enjoyed himself that day. He passed a couple days later peacefully”

“I was there a parent volunteer for Thanksgiving event. Its was great. They had live band, there was so many different dessert and food, they were generous with the portions of food , friendly & warm, they were so welcoming to the community. It was really nice. This was my first event there. They did an awesome job. This event I'd rate it being equal to that of a community event of mentor but with a bit soul & love”

Being there showed us how much work goes on behind the scenes to make sure families in the community have access to food. From sorting items to helping prepare food for distribution, every small task felt like it contributed to something bigger. It was inspiring to see how organized and dedicated the team was, and it reminded us how powerful community efforts can be when people come together to support one another.”

“This is the perfect park to bring big and little ones alike. They've got a park for smaller kids and a park for bigger kids with plenty to do for both. I personally have enjoyed the big slide, which can fit kids and adults.”
