I was there yesterday and waited an hour to have a tire plugged. But the mechanic ,Jeff Horton, decided he didn’t want to fix my tire. He then was using profane language toward his own coworkers. I exited the office and I told Taylor he’s not working on my car after his outburst. We then got into a heated exchange. I will never step foot back there unless Jeff is gone from there. Worst experience I’ve ever had

So I been to these guys plenty times only because it’s the closest shop to where I stay I feel I got scammed a couple times never really had no good experience with them so recently I had went in and got my radiator checked out for for a leak and it had a fuel smell but I didn’t mention that was only worried about the coolant leak but they recommended changing the fuel injector o rings to get rid off fuel smell so I’m like ok cool might as well so this is about $500 so when I pick my car up the smell got worse I gave it a couple weeks to see if it air out never did I take it back they look at it and all of a sudden one of the fuel injectors that they changed the o rings on faulted out so now they want $400 now I wouldn’t have mind paying for the part but charging me a discounted labor price just not good business to me to be honest it should’ve been took care of by them completely now I dealt with Kevin when I came in with this concern so I would have rather dealt with him for still smelling fuel but Taylor had control of the re look which is another sign of bad business I ask for Kevin he’s not in, so I had another problem in the pass where I had a throttle pedal sensor voltage low code and requested they check 5 volt reference and they automatically said I need a new pedal assembly which was like $550 so I said ok cool I mind you this problem causes car to cut off in traffic so I pick my car up after getting new pedal assembly put on the very next day omw home from work my car cut off again on the freeway reading same code they tell me oh now it’s the throttle body I say lol and just took it to the dealership and it was 5 volt reference misreading because of a wiring harness long story short these car shops don’t look for the cause of the problems whatever they handheld computer tell them is what they believe but this was my last time doing business with them I do not recommend unless its nothing serious I believe all petty work should be fine here and this happens all over im going to just stick with the more expensive dealership

This is definitely the place to go for your tire needs! Taylor was one of the nicest service managers I've ever met. Honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I'm glad I found Every Tire & Wheel!! Thanks also to the mechanic who worked on my car! I didn't get his name, but he was a nice guy, too!

This is my go to shop! If you are looking for a kind and honest mechanic shop, this is the place to go! Kevin is always so nice and pleasant and he truly cares about his customers and finding the best options for you. They always manage to squeeze me in when I have an emergency to the best of their ability! Les and Matt are great mechanics and Taylor at the front desk is always a pleasant person to talk to!

One of my tires was out of air so I took it in there to get it checked out, they took the tire off the rim, put it back on the rim, balanced it and charged me 50 bucks. Go across the street to tire choice, go to Walmart, go to Conrad's, they'll do the exact same thing for $12. I prefer to shop small business, but I'm glad I went to these guys for something small before I went to them for something big, because they will absolutely hose you

Phenomenal and friendly service! Taylor made me feel like I've known him my whole life, while telling stories and laughing together. He even suggested the Snap! program so that I didn't have to pay my big bill all at once. I'll definitely be back, for the other "love" my car needs. My only *minor* complaint is, whoever the vertically challenged person that drove my car, didn't move my seat back. Haha! ?
