Very unprofessional that I had an appt set up last week for today and it was not in the system. To be questioned if I’m sure is an insult. Even spoke to the lady who handled it and I shouldn’t have to wait for 45min to be seen.

Was rescheduled to this location by Katie because the first one was closed. This location was closed too. No one came to the appointment or bothered to call and let me know they weren’t coming. I have never had this bad of customer service from JH out of all my years filing with them. Only thing they can offer is several apologies which is not fair to the customers. Why schedule early refund advance appointments if the offices are closed, it makes no sense.

I have done my own taxes for years and always got a federal refund right around $1000 and state refund around $300. This year I went to Jackson Hewitt and after fees am getting $252 from federal and I owe the state $22! Yes they are professional but I made more money last year and got a bigger return! Not sure why, but next year I am doing my own! I’m perplexed to say the least!
