“Wow a modern day dry cleaner! I was simply looking for a neighborhood dry cleaner but I was really surprised that the user experience was completely automated. Although there was someone there, No person contact is necessary. Simply Walk up to machine, enter your info on the screen, deposit your clothes. You'll receive a text message when ready. Upon pickup, enter your ph number and tap your cc, it displays your items and retrieves your clothes. I was in and out in minutes. I never seen anything like this before but I guess I shouldn't be surprised that technology has reached and is impacting every industry. Nonetheless I was very impressed by how fast and efficient it was here.”

“Listen to me: I have no reason to lie to you: I spend so much time trying find a laundromat that is safe, clean, and affordable for my fixed-income clients. This place is laundry heaven. Before we even made it all the way through the door, Earl came to help carry everything in for us, showed us around, gave us a cup for coins, got the change out of the machine for my client, and was the nicest man without ever once being overbearing. It's so clean, washers and dryers are inexpensive, they have a bar to sit and charge your phone, so many places to sit, healthy plants everywhere, and the employees are magnificent. As nerdy as it sounds, I can't stop telling them how happy I am with this place. Oh, and they play all the older forgotten jams! I'm literrrallyy writing them all in my notes to make a playlist for my car. 10/10 Earl and Stacy get 10/10 Y'all already know a good laundromat is hard to find. This place is a laundry dream.”

“I've been going here for a year now. The attendant is sweet. If I have a problem with a washer she fixes it right away. I love the deodorizer cycle. And I can load up multiple washers and dryers and be finished washing in an hour. Great location great environment ? no complaints. I'm thankful for a place like this.”
“Jana was the attendant on duty when I came in. I had not done laundry at a laundromat for years. Jana was wonderfully helpful and cheerful in instructing me about how everything worked, how much detergent to use, etc. Jana actually made doing the laundry a joyful experience! “First time here and the assistant is very nice and helpful. She has a very cheerful attitude and I like that. It’s kind of late so it’s not really crowded, which is also a plus cause I can get in and out. 3lb washer are $5.25 and the 2lbs are $4.25. You get 20 minutes free on the dryer side depending on how much you spend and how many loads if you get the loyalty card. Card doesn’t cost anything extra, you just load however much money you want on it.”

“I have used this place regularly for years. It's affordable and the staff have been consistently friendly. They do their best to be helpful. Most negatitve reviews are due to lack of machines and user confusion/error. Free dryers only run for 10-15 minutes and washer single load size differs from traditional home machines. So read instructions and be sensible about how long your clothes may take to dry.”

“First time taking suits to this place to have dry cleaned they were very friendly. Brought it in Wed morning got it back later that day. Quick service! Wish I would have came here to have my wedding dress cleaned it was a nightmare at Jade cleaners in Mentor still have stains and paid a lot i was so sad they had assured me they could get them out. I have been to a few not so friendly dry cleaners we live in Geneva and don't have a problem driving that far for good service. They looked very nice! We will be coming back for sure. Thanks?”
“This was first time in a laundromat in over 2 decades, so all I knew was I need quarters and detergent. Sandy the lady that works there is so friendly. I have a king size white comforter that would not fit in my washing machine. She helped me, I was so relieved. The entire time I was watching her wash clothes, fold clothing, hang clothing and she took pride in her job. So I asked her if she could wash my comforter the next time. She quoted me a great price, I didn't know they would do that for you . I will definitely be seeing her soon. Had a wonderful experience. Thank you.”

“Somewhat clean & friendly. Ample quarters on weekends in machine that can break bills up to $20. Washers and dryers should be checked for ink or gum before inserting unmentionables. Covid requires you to sit in car while machines do their work. Free internet helps.”

“This laundromat is always clean, well lit and stocked with change. I do have my own machines but come here to wash oversized blankets, comforters etc. It is staffed during the day in case you need help. Also has rolling baskets to move your laundry. Highly recommend.”
