Went to the Willoughby store and found that the lobby doors locked. Went to drive thru and found only one person working! How you can run a "fast food" business with one person working! Very poor customer service, very poor business plan!

This place I s awful I'm a traveler and wanted to eat!!!!I had so much gas from the potatoes I could have blew it in my car and drove back home never again
