They should really rename this place Lemon Auto. Once the papers are signed, Good luck with any form of communications regarding questions or concerns about your purchases. Yes, I agree you're taking chances when you buy used but, they've been knowing to do some shady practices to get a vehicle ready to sell. You're better off buying buying from Facebook marketplace or your local crackhead. Do NOT buy from here unless you want to take your chances with a UNSAFE DANGEROUS vehicle to transport your family in.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend Northstar Auto Sales in Eastlake, bought a van on Halloween and have had nothing but problems from the third day driving it. They definitely reset the computer. We’ve dumped money into it and still have yet to diagnose the actual problem. Saddest part is we can’t even sell it because we absolutely won’t make even a fraction of what we paid for it. I have three young babies/ toddlers, breaking down eveytime I drive and in the middle of intersections does not qualify the car as a “great family vehicle”.
