The gas at this place is 60 cents higher than all the other gas stations! I did the math on front of the kid as he pressured me to make a decision. I quickly determined that the 9 gallon minimum for discount on car wash would be $5.40 more than other gas stations but because I had a $2 coupon it would end up being about 6 of one half a dozen of the other scenario with getting the 9 minimum there and the discount car was vs driving to another gas station. So the kid proceeds to fill up my tank which I didn't ask for and I had jumped out to try and stop it and told them I want a refund for the car wash because they didn't discount it (no coupon deduction) and the "manager" Jacob stood with an attitude and told me no refunds - take it up with my cc company. They are scamming people left and right on gas and car wash by forcing purchases with no remedy in sight. Buyer beware!

I just arrived from Phoenix, and I needed a wash. Most of the reviews were promising. However, coming from a city where the drive-thru wash is excellent, this was ridiculous. It was short, and the first set of washing strips didn't move, and worst of all, you had yo pay for the vacuum. Never again.

Being a senior, I love that they fill the car with gas for me, especially in bad weather, and they are very respectful and polite.

This is an old time car wash that's 10 bucks and gets your car clean. The staff is professional and respectful. It's a lot better than the other places that charge twice that

Gas prices usually about the same as self serve stations nearby. BP card saves 15 cents off a gallon too. The workers are always friendly. Great value wash also!

Always an awesome experience. Gas prices are normally at or below competitors. Love the fill up discount on car wash. And they pump the gas for me. Always try to tip them when I am able. My favorite gas station.

I’ve been getting car washes for years from them and I recently got a wash and my truck was still dirty. I didnt get a chance to go right back but came the next morning and showed them my truck and the so called owner was rude and stated the he can’t re-do the wash because it was yesterday and I was basically lying about getting a wash. The customer service was awful and he spoke to me in such a condescending manner. I wasted $10 on a half wash job and I will never go there again and told my family as well. They lost a lot of customers when all he had to do was make it right. SMH these businesses are so horrible with customers now.

Terrible Service by one of the OWNERS. His vocabulary consisted of 3 words, "I DON'T CARE". he didn't care that I was a handicap senior who couldn't walk from the non-working vacuum to the gas pumps so I drove up there and he didn't care about the money I lost in the vacuum machine, ended up calling the Willowick police, Sgt. Beckwith showed up to join in on the bullying, etc. of a long long term customer of OK Car Wash. I have recommended OK for a long time BUT NOT ANYMORE, I've been banned from OK otherwise I will be arrested.(per Sgt. Beckwith) ALL OVER 12 QUARTERS OK CARWASH SHOULD HAVE REIMBURSED ME!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THE OWNER (WITH THE LONG PONY TAIL) KEPT SAYING "I DON'T CARE"

Full service gas with a great car wash. You get a discounted wash if you buy so many gallons of gas (I believe it's 9 gals). The car wash did an excellent job on my truck. I will continue to come here.
