My mother she is 73 years old went into this Sally's and asked the lady who work there do you have a texturizer she took her down the aisle and left her but to all the other customer who was not her color the lady went out of there way to help them 100% and never came back to help my mother so if you are older and need African American products don't go to this Sally's on lakeshore

Makayla is a rockstar. When I first moved in this area, she was so friendly and welcoming! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she is truly a asset to this location! Always helped me when needed and even gave me suggestions to help get my hair in a much healthier place! Thanks so much Makayla from both me and my hair! Look forward to seeing her again!

The employees who work at this store are treasures !I have always gotten really good advice and service here.I recently brought in my elderly neighbor for a product - the associate was so nice and patient ! Love this location !

Kayla provided me with such great customer service. She has a lot of knowledge with the products they sell. She helped me choose all of the right products and even wrote on a piece of paper instructions for me! Hard to find service like that anymore, will definitely be coming back in!
