“My wife had a minor mishap pulling into our garage during a heavy rain storm by clipping the garage and damaging the right rear passenger door. My wife found LJI Collision Center on the internet and was inspired that it was a female owned business. From the time we brought the car there for the initial assessment until we picked the car up the process was seamless. We originally went to their Beachwood location, but they would not be able to start work on the car until late September conflicting with a trip we had planned in early October. Bonnie reached out other sister Jill their Cleveland Heights location and were able to get it in right away. They handled everything from dealing with our insurance company to keeping us informed as to the status of the repairs. When we picked up the car, we were blown away as the car never looked as if there was damage to it, not to mention that it had been fully detailed and looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I would like to thank Jill and her staff for what was a truly pleasurable experience under a normally stressful situation. I would highly recommend LJI Collision as they do great work and are truly a family run business that cares about their customers.”
“I had a little bit of a brake emergency 20 miles or so from home. Everybody here was super nice and a pleasure to work with. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and were able to do a complete brake job on my car in a day (without any advanced notice). Everybody here is super knowledgeable. The price and diagnosis were spot on, and I look forward to coming back for any repairs and services I need from now on!”

“Hands down the fastest and best tow company I have came across. I can’t remember the names but the guy that answered to set up the tow was very professional and the guy who did the tow was as well 10/10”
“Mike and his crew did a great job replacing a transfer case on my 2015 Infiniti. Huge job, but they killed it! Would highly recommend for any repair work on your vehicle!”
“Such friendly customer service! The only towing company (not including AAA) that has ever treated me like a human being and not talked down to me. They do not take credit/debit cards over the phone for financial security as well. Price is very good! They updated me on when they were getting my car and everything. Would 100% recommend them to anyone in the Cleveland area.Service: Car towing”

“The customer service provided was truly outstanding; the entire team was pleasant and knowledgeable. What particularly impressed me was their consistent smiles, which conveyed genuine concern for my apprehension about entrusting my car to them. They were truly amazing.”

“Needed a winch, car got stuck on concrete dividers at RollHouse in North Olmsted. It was my kid's first time behind the wheel. The way it was sitting on the dividers, i thought it would get damaged no matter how it was pulled out. The tow truck driver got my car out no problem. Nice guy, fast service, and he was there in about 30 minutes. I appreciate your help, sir!!!”
“I cannot recommend this place enough. Bill and Tim were absolutely amazing to work with during the process of getting my car fixed through my insurance company (which was a complete nightmare). They will continue to get our business whether it’s just an oil change or body work. Thank you guysServices: Auto body & trim repair”

“Very friendly owner and a clean, well-kept convenience store.
I stopped by for gas and to use the restroom, and really appreciated how welcoming and helpful the owner was. The gas prices here are noticeably cheaper than many nearby stations!
Definitely a nice stop!”
