So far I have no negatives. I have delt with this family business twice before. They are helpful & kind work very hard for you. What everyone needs to remember is you r buying a used car. They can’t know what will happen. Needless to say if you’re not a billionaire , you can’t expect a 100,000 mile car to be as good as one that came off the brand new car lot. We are all trying to get though this shit! So let’s do it together. This is what this family is trying to do for you HELP YOU WITH YOUR SITUATION ♥️

Overpriced spent $2500 in 1 week on repairs, they should have taken care of it, but didn't, had to pay over $500 in tow cost. They were no help, don't go there. Garbage.(J.Sullivan)

I had a relaxing experience with Transportation Outlet Inc.
I contacted them a couple of hours before arriving asking if the car I wanted was still available and if I could test drive it.
Once I arrived, I was remembered and able to test drive immediately at my own pace to get a feel for the vehicle. The car was clean inside and out and drove smoothly.
I decided to purchase the car that day. It was around 4:45pm and they close at 6:00pm, however they stayed with me an extra hour during the process to make sure I left with my car that day.
I was relaxed and the process was so smooth. Everything was upfront and straight forward, there was no pressure what so ever.
This was my first time going to a dealership and I went alone. I could not have asked for a better first experience.
I intend to update my review after a bit of time of driving the car but as of now, it runs beautifully and looks just as good.
Thank you for this smooth experience Transportation Outlet.

I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before leaving a review so I could really get a feel for the car—and now that I’ve had some time with it, I can confidently say I’m really happy with my purchase from Transportation Outlet.
I recently bought a car from Transportation Outlet, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Brian was the main person I worked with, and he was extremely helpful, honest, and easy to talk to. He runs the dealership with his dad, and both of them took the time to make sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way.
What really stood out was how honest and low-pressure they both were. There was absolutely no pushy sales talk—just real, straightforward communication. They answered all my questions, were upfront about the vehicle, and gave me the space to make a decision on my own without any pressure.
You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to buy a car, I highly recommend Transportation Outlet. Brian and his dad are truly great people to work with

I purchased a 2014 forester....not a bad car at all. The only thing, it's been having miner issues since I bought it. To be expected. What I don't agree with is this. From day 1, when I would accelerate, I would get light smoke from exhaust. Changed everything I could think of. Finally, a few weeks ago, I take it to dealer and they find some kind of spacer on the exhaust. Tells me it's used to trick the system for a bad converter (also to be able to pass aims test ). Your a dealership, just fix it! Or leave it alone! I would rather you tell me what the car needs or what it doesn't need. And let me make a CHOICE. OR spend the money, get if fix properly and show me receipts on what you put into the car, and again....let me make a CHOICE. FAIR IS FAIR AND RIGHT IS RIGHT. That, I think is what AS IS, means. Not we know something is wrong on the car and let's hide the problem, so WE, don't have to fix it.

Purchased a car from these people. Aware it was an older car with quite a bit of mileage on it. I expected issues would occur. BUT TOLD by the business owner and his son that there were no major issues! Well I get back from out of state and my car started smoking under the hood on the freeway so I exit, just a few minutes later completely stalled in the middle of the street. Couldn't even make it to the curb (talk about safety) I purchased carshield warranty the moment I brought the car home. Car shield stated that they do not cover major issues within the first 90 days of policy. Guess what the car didn’t even make it 90 days. I called the shop to make them aware of what they sold me. Son states they do their best to ensure the cars are in good working order but cannot predict when a problem will arise. But Remember I was told there were no major issues when I drove the car off the lot. Be aware of this place I’m warning you not because of the expense but because of safety reasons. Thank God my kids weren’t in the car and thank god I wasn't on the freeway. While stuck in an unsafe part of town a man walks up appears to be homeless or on drugs tries to help me push the car off to the side. I told him no thanks I had help coming. I was scared and alone. Thank god my mom was pulling up at the same time to come and get me. There should be a law protecting buyers because there is a fine line between you get what u pay for and SAFETY regardless of how much u paid for the car you still spent your hard earned money and these people “father and son” dont care. Breaking down within 90days is unacceptable

The entire family were very helpful, polite, and patient. The car runs great. Would have no problems buying from them again.
