This is a typical Walmart supercenter: a massive amalgamation of a supermarket and a traditional discount store, with countless products at low prices, and with tons of shoppers all day long. Perfect in my case for a quick in-and-out visit for supplies (drinks, snacks) just before beginning a road trip. Things to look out for: folks who are always on their phones, whether swerving around the parking lot or crashing into you with their shopping carts. Also, sanitize your hands after using the self-checkouts, unless you're OK with a self-scan terminal that was just used by someone who licked their fingers every time they touched the screen and handled an item.

Walmart in Eastlake is not a good place. First off, I have had two incidences where I have purchased food to bring it home to find out it is past expiration date. Secondly, the check out areas are filthy dirty. I won't even put my items down during scanning for fear of catching something. Walmart does not clean those areas throughout the day like other places do. Thirdly, I needed assistance in the hair cutting accessories case. The guy that came to help us was overly rude. It was obvious we were bothering him. Also the restrooms are even scarier. They are repulsive and filthy dirty. This Walmart is the worst one I have been to. I would much rather take a little more time and drive to Meijer in Mentor. This place is clean and I feel safe shopping there. I won't go to Walmart in Eastlake anymore. The management should be ashamed of that store. Even the parking lot is filthy.

If I could give this particular location minus stars I would.... doesn't even deserve one star! The worst! Most employees have a total ATTITUDE! No social distancing between employees and shoppers. Most employees have mask riding low on their face...I asked one girl to raise her mask before helping me...RUDELY turned and walked away! I reported her to the manager, he said he will tell her for the third time...then he proceeded to help a shopper who did not have her mask on properly for quite a while and he said NOTHING! It is NOT my job to ask people to follow the rules!!! This location should be closed down! Filthy! Things everywhere! Rude...beyond rude staff! Attitudes! Some have no knowledge of even how to use self serve register! Once again....RUDE staff!!!

I've been a customer of this Walmart since they first opened. I used to have no problems here. Tonight me and my friend went into Walmart just enjoying life and looking for some toilet paper because of this outbreak. Once we found out that they are sold out of toilet paper we found ourselves in the toy section. I am a 5 star D1 athlete basketball player and I was testing out there basketball selection. I dribbled it once and I dribbled it twice and here comes a worker. She must of had something up her a** because she told me "this is a store not a playground". The disrespect I was shown tonight makes me furious. If I could give thus store 0 stars I would. I will not be returning to this store ever again.

Very rude unprofessional staff. Jill the Loss Prevention employee will stereotype, harass and will be prejudice against different race. Jill confused my daughter and I for someone she had stopped 2 wks prior. She approached my underage daughter and started harassing her, stating that her mother (me) should not be here and does not belong at the store. I asked her what the problem was and she said that I don't belong here. Clearly it was a case of mistaken identity. Instead of her apologizing she proceeded to harass and stereotype and said that she talked to me and my daughter earlier and that I know I don't belong at the store. I asked her to show me documentation of the incident that happened when she apparently stopped me and spoke to me. She had nothing. I then followed up with David Cotta, the store manager, and he claimed to have investigated the incident. He concluded that Jill the Loss Prevention only said to my daughter "where's your mom" because she was apparently concerned about her because she saw her alone at the register. My daughter is 5'5", 17 years old. Clearly she was trying to lie about the incident. I wasn't happy about the results of the investigation therefore asked to speak with the corporate manager. Til this day I have not received a phone call and this happened on 1/03/2020. It is now 1/28/2020 and nothing. I asked to speak with the regional manager and nothing. Clearly they have lack of training. It's mind bottling that the store manager will allow his staff to speak to costumers like that and to conclude that Jill was only doing an act of kindness when in reality she was harassing us for no good reason. Maybe because I'm Hispanic and she is Caucasian. Never has my daughter and I been treated in such poor manner. It saddens me that people still stereotype race. I want a phone call from the regional manager!!!

Place is never stocked the people that work there are rude as hell. Two of the works are dancing in the middle of the toy section and swearing in front of my son. If you ask for help with something they get pissed. It's like if you dont want to work then dont come in and waste people's time. Close the jungle down and I mean it's a jungle.

We all know that we come to Walmart for low prices and slow services. Today I visited the money center to complete a card transaction. There were two ladies at the money center register & they aren't too concerned with how long the line is getting. When I entered the line, it was to the registers.. which was at 3:15pm. It is now 3:40pm and I'm halfway through the line. However, the end of the line is now to the exterior doors. Management wasn't concerned either, additional employees weren't asked to jump in & assist. It is a Friday, so we know it's gonna be busy - especially in the money center. However, you should be able to plan for this type of situation at any given time. I'm still in line, I'll update the time once I'm finished (trip end time: 3:53pm - 38mins spent in line for one single transaction). The entire store is a mess, there's carts and products everywhere. Hard to walk through the front area where the registers are. With the money center line on top of it.. it's a hazard at this point. Customer service has carts of products lined up, maybe returns or put backs? That are also in the main aisle way. Causing people to physically walk around like they're in a maze. You can not access the atm safely if you wanted to. Management may want to offer additional training to current employees. Possibly even hire some extra hands to help out. At this moment, their current action plan isn't working out for them. There's a sign on the counter, to check your receipt for the customer service survey information. It says "how are we doing?". Bad. It's all bad. I'll be filling that out once I get home as well, but I'm sure it won't make a difference.

The store is really ghetto and trashy, but at least it provides a pretty good variety of food.

Park near the lawn and garden side of the parking lot. Closer parking spots and less crowded self checkout.

I was sold an at&t phone and phone plan there. The guy in the electronics department lied to me about the price of the phone plan and I am now fighting with at&t regarding the huge price of the phone bill. Maybe Walmart employees should be trained before you have them sell phone plans.

Customer service is horrible and the employee attitude is absolutely horrendous! Know one willing to help and store is a mess, clothes on the floor food al over smells and nothing is stocked. And no cashiers so your waiting 30 minuets to check out. I will never shop here again.
