I needed to replace a bolt that had fallen out of my mom's walker. I brought the walker in and was greeted as soon as I walked in. I told them what I needed and was directed to aisle 27, and help was summoned for me. By the time I reached the aisle, someone was already there. They found the correct bolt and installed it in the walker. In less than 10 minutes, the walker was fixed. Kind and courteous, supremely helpful staff.

I was looking for different sizes of corks. Even If I can't find an item at other stores, I can always find it at ACE! They had many different sizes. So I found exactly what I was looking for. The employees are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I have shopped at Ace hardware for a long time I do have a preferred customer account and I've never been treated like I did not exist and all my life like I did today by one of the employees like I did today. I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes and I was not once acknowledged by the employee. I understand that he was helping someone else but he could have acknowledged the fact that I was standing there. I manage a store myself in retail and I would never do that to a customer. I understand that he was helping someone else but he could have at least acknowledged the fact that I was standing there. Terrible customer service.

The manager that programed my key to my car so I could have a backup key was very courteous and helpful and while I was in the store waiting the workers were very nice

The black haired girl at the register seems to always be there every single time I come in and she as well as her colleagues make my shopping experience excellent, i leave with a smile every time , I love my ace!!!!!

I can see why they stay in business, they have pretty much everything you need but in a fraction of the space of the warehouse stores.
