Also had a center support bearing for my ‘88 Chevy Dually pressed off and replaced with a new one right away while I waited. “Mussleman is great. This guy Chris knows how to run a business. He's not charging an arm and a leg and he does good work. I went in to get belts changed and an alternator changed and he brought to my attention that I had an old radiator that was literally falling apart and he did right by me by calling me to talk about it and finding a great solution for me! Will always go here for car troubles that I am unsure how to fix, super nice guys here who aren't trying to take advantage of folks.”

“I live in Washington Court House. We have a couple of Glass businesses in town. I tried multiple times to get in touch with the companies in WASHINGTON CH and Never received a return call. I called Wilmington Glass and the phone was answered right away. They where able to make the glass I needed and it was ready the next day. My day off happened to fall on the weekend. Wilmington Glass was closed, but made arrangements for me to be able to get my glass on Saturday. Very professional and reasonably priced. I will be using and recommending Wilmington Glass for all my future glass needs.”

“When we had a problem with our van jerking upon movement, we thought we had a transmission problem and took it to a transmission person. They said it was the catalytic converter, so we called Monroe to get it in. The men took it in, did a disgnostic on it and found it was the spark plugs and coils. They saved us $3000.However, the call center STINKS! The person I talked to didn’t understand me and I had to repeat myself multiple times. When I got to the shop, the gentleman told me he didn’t understand their message AT ALL. Pkease get rid of the call center and let me talk to someone who know what I am talking about.”

“I stand by the service offered at WAC! I've been a loyal customer for years and am now on my 2nd car that I've brought here. I've never purchased a car here but I know they have some great sales people too!I could go on and on about how Stu and his team took care of me when I had a van. They went out of their way to assist me even when it wasn't necessary! Now that I've changed vehicles, I've changed teams but Kelly and crew are just as great!Just waiting in the customer area is a treat. Nice coffee, pop and snacks offered for free, WiFi and comfy chairs all make the waiting experience better. I've also had WAC take me to work when I dropped my car off for service and they picked me up at the end of the day to get my car back. 10/10 for service and care!! Can't recommend enough!!!”

This was my Uncles gasser in the late 60s and ran a 354 Hemi (unfortunately long gone). Has not been in the road since 1971. Yes they ran it out on Gratiot Avenue.”

I was more than 150 miles from home this past Monday night and camping in the Wilmington area when my Jeep Grand Cherokee refused to start (the engine wouldn’t even turn over). Not only was the Jeep my transportation, but the rooftop tent it carried was also my accommodations. After calling other places and being told they wouldn’t even look at the Jeep until the first couple of weeks of October, despite my circumstances, Bisig was willing to check out the issue same day because I was from such a distance away.They were professional, polite, and able to change my Jeep’s starter and get me back on the road quickly! Plus, they did not overcharge me for the repair. I was able to finish my camping trip and get back home safely. “I'm sharing this for my grandmother, Colleen.I originally visited Gerber's to receive an estimate where someone had hit the front end of my car. Heather Fouch came out to look at it and then went in to get one of the guys. He came out and checked over the damage before fixing everything right there. He even went as far as to take off my license place and fixed the damage to that as well. I was expecting to have to do a claim through my insurance, but they were so incredibly kind and helpful and fixed everything without doing an insurance claim. I highly recommend their services and I thank them for taking care of me.”
