“I’m not sure that my words can adequately explain how much the work Chris did for me meant. I was stranded at a gas station and I was going to need towed to a repair shop. I gave him a call and he confirmed that he could be at my location within 15 minutes. Fortunately, he was able to respond and get my work done quickly. He charged me a very fair price and was even good to talk to while he was doing the work. I highly recommend giving him a call if you’re in his area. He said he will be opening a shop in Port William soon as well. So, make sure you check that out in the future.”
“From beginning phone call to dropping off the vehicle...these guys gave me a rough est of what they would do...then I go text messages of everything they checked with pix...so we went forward with the repair which is exactly what I knew needed done....! They made some suggestions of future needs but thorough inspection of other things and suggestions..bid came in lower than I had budgeted for so that was awesome.!...I have A 2014 Toyota FJ cruiser with 316000 k miles that a lot of shops won't touch....she runs and looks like she is brand new and the guys at freedom got it done

“They recently repaired my SUV due to a deer strike. They picked my vehicle up from my home and the repair was fixed a few days sooner than the estimated time they thought it would take to repair. The paint job is beautiful, the orange peel matched the factory paint, the gaps were perfect, and all around service was just great!!
Deer strike at 6:24 a.m., vehicle pick up at 11:30 a.m. and car was ready to pick up within 2.5-3 weeks. Thanks again, beautiful work!! My mom and her friends were correct!!”

Also had a center support bearing for my ‘88 Chevy Dually pressed off and replaced with a new one right away while I waited. “Update: (Dec 2025) Fisher's has become our trusted shop for all things since our initial visit posted below. Just had my 2016 F150 100k mx done with +s and -s tailored to my needs. Josh and his crew make it seemless and professional every time! Can't say enough good things about their work. Driving like a new truck, yayyy! I'm usually hesitant to make referrals to friends, but I do now when it come to vehicle care.
(March 2025) 2017 f350 with bad death wobble. Fisher's found several causes. At 39000 miles, this shouldn't be happening. They replaced several parts, including drag links, tie rods, track bar, and it now drives like a new vehicle as it should! Fast service, great customer service! Will go back!”

“I'm very picky who I let work on my vehicles, and I trust Groves to do good work, especially with alignments. I've brought multiple cars in and never had any issues. I have had many problems (at other shops) in the past, either with bad work or being told a vehicle that I've replaced the whole front end myself personally needs $$$$$ worth of extra work. I just had 4 tires replaced and an alignment done on my rail buggy.... The tires are balanced well, it drives straight and the steering wheel is even set straight. I couldn't be happier!”
“Wes was an amazing rep of this place. Very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I arrived early for my appointment and he took my car in when I checked in. They repaired my tire and informed me of a best course of action for my other tire. He gave me the best quote for my tires that helped save me some money while also giving me other options. Their tore purchases comes with LIFETIME repairs, balance, rotation, synthetic oil changes and MUCH more. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!”

I had to have a new motor put in my car and they were able to help me with getting my car back so I suggest if you're looking for a car and don't have perfect credit, but have a job and are able to pay for it I would go to one of their storesand look into getting you a car”

“I have had a handful of vehicles worked on and would fully recommend this shop to anyone with any vehicle year, make or style. Very knowledgeable, friendly and informative staff. One experience was when I had follower bearings go out in my wife's journey. Come to find after inspection it also needed a cam. He did not force me to replace the cam but recommended it and openly told me that the work he did could not be warrantied if I chose to continue on the damaged cam. He was honest that the car would run with the old cam but did not know the length of time before more problems could surface. I was taken back and shown the damage personally and we did the full repair. So rather than just saying this was broken and we fixed it and bill me, the whole situation was held very professionally. The car is still running strong and has well over 150k miles on the repair.”
