We had someone break into our storage unit and they trashed everything. They also stole a few thousand dollars worth of assets. The storage unit owners did absolutely nothing, dodged our calls, refused to refund anything, and then continued to charge until we were able to move our stuff out. It is a deeply upsetting thing that happened and they were really shady about everything. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the owners who broke into our unit with how they acted. There was no camera facing our unit and the lot lights weren’t working so there was no way to see who did it. All in all, I would not recommend storing your items at this facility.

I give one star only to leave a review. 11 months in the over priced unit. Constant anxiety and worry. Go by and gate is wide open or codes don't work. Days to get in when you can catch her. Can't reach anyone by phone for days. Can't pay web site sucked. Never did work for me. Can't reach her till the 5th late fee!!! All my stuff became infested with mice. I cleaned that up. Then back to move it out. And EVERYTHING is covered in mold!!!!! I texted her and of course no answer. The insurance company is offering $2000 for damages. That's a big joke in itself!!! Previous owner was awesome!!!! This lady running it now... well I'll leave that alone. I'll NEVER use it again. The metal wall in the back of the unit was covered in mold when I removed my stuff. May as well been a fire cause everything is wasted. Just gone!!! Thanks for the experience Cuba storage!!! I'll spread the word for you!!!!! 🤬 The trash outside the units is ridiculous also!!!!

Great facilty. Great lockdown felt secure and safe. Love the 24 hour access allows me to go around my schedule. Allows to put things in and pull them off it in a timely manor. Very clean and sanitary units. Love the feel of being able to get off.

First, this two star rating is only for current year for the prior owner. In the 15 years I rented with them. It would’ve been five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I rented a storage unit at this facility since 2006. The previous owner passed away a couple of years ago, and after that the facility was sold, and since then my rent doubled, the gates are continually left open, and I don’t even know if the video surveillance is operational anymore. It used to be a very secure facility. I have since moved out. I don’t understand paying double the rent when the gates are wide-open and there is no longer surveillance so anybody can just waltz in there.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the units themselves as they are very nice. The entire facility is blacktop. I myself have never had a problem with any critters and my unit has never flooded or has the roof ever leaked. if you do rent there, I would suggest a very high grade pad lock. I used 2.I had a 10x20 and the ceilings are vaulted and quite tall. My unit was $115/mo. It used to be(prior owner) $68. I’m not sure what the surrounding rates areif the surveillance cameras still operated and the gate was secure, I can understand the cost as everything has gone up in price.

Our family has been renting for many years. Recently the previous owner passed unfortunately. Since then nothing has been maintained and now there is at least one homeless person living there and the gate has been broken for weeks. No response to calls to complain. In am very unhappy with the new owner. They raised the rent and dropped all maintenance of the facility.
