Goodwill is a thrift store with a mix of experiences. Many customers appreciate the store's organized layout and clean environment, with some describing it as resembling a department store. The staff is often seen as helpful and friendly, with specific mentions of a sweet cashier and a kind manager who keep the store welcoming. Customers have found great treasures, especially in kitchenware and other items, making it a good place for thrifting. However, some reviews mention less favorable experiences, such as unhelpful or unprofessional staff, including an employee on the phone causing discomfort. Price concerns are also noted, with some customers feeling that certain items, like books and shoes, are overpriced compared to other thrift stores. Additionally, there are complaints about rude workers and unprofessional behavior by some employees, which has impacted the shopping experience. Despite these issues, the overall impression of the store is positive, especially for those who enjoy organized and clean thrift shopping. The store's setup and helpful staff make it a recommended spot for thrift enthusiasts.
Moderatley decent selection and more reasonably priced than some other goodwills. But like all others, has a weird smell, and over charges for what was freely given. Google what their C.E.O. makes and what the emplyees do... Crazy🤔
