“Came in to Wilmington Verizon looking to switch carriers from Straight talk to Verizon. We were getting a phone plan for 4 of us. Shawn SPANN was the one who took care of our experience. He did an amazing job he talked us through all the promotions that was going on and explained everything precisely so we knew exactly what we were getting. There was a few issues with the phones we were trying to transfer but he was on top of it and called Straight Talk and got everything done for us. We also came in to trade in our phones and he set me up with an I Pad also which I’ve been wanting. I recommend him to anyone who may need any help or assistance.”
