Update @ 3:25 pm. The delivery driver Amanda admitted my order was in her trunk for amost 45 minutes. She said instacart gave her 3 orders at 1 time. I called the store and customer service Desiree refused to let me talk to a manager and was very rude. She told me to call 1-800-Kroger!!! Boost is a total waste of money. It promises a delivery time and my order hasn't left the store yet and it's past the delivery window. I have cold freshpet dog food in my order that are now spoiled. Which means I have to drive to the store for a refund and to buy the dog food again. I WILL NOT be buying the replacement freshpet dog food from kroger. I was able to cancel the order but no telling how long they will hold my money. I'm trying to get a refund on my boost membership since I won't be ordering delivery.

Nice clean & Safe area Kroger in Wilmington, OH. I'm in Wilmington each week from another area & I always stop here. Really nice grocery store.

Kroger employees make it feel like a small town grocery store , friendly and they remember you. Their prices are as GOOD as can be . Great place to shop.

Denied purchase for wine because I was with someone that was clearly of age but forgot her id mindful she wasn’t buying the wine. Went to Walmart had no issue I was told from there manager at kroger that it was an Ohio law funny Walmart has no complaints. Kroger probably shouldn’t have teenagers working the self checkout.

I love this Kroger because this one of closest Kroger's from where I live I don't want to say it is only one closest Kroger where I live but it is one of them everyone I talk to there is very friendly and I can tell they try their very best go fast as they can and not only that I have been going this Kroger ever since I was Kid it always feels nice every time I go there and I do feel welcome every time I go there so if you want feel something like that like I did then this Kroger is your go to place :)

Yesterday Desiree on the management team had me in tears all night into this morning. I went to the service desk to get reimbursed for $14 worth of groceries that did not make it into my cart but paid for. I was told by the store that day, to come back and they would take care of it. But when I did 5 days later Desiree’s attitude, actions and demeanor implied that I was lying which in my opinion would also indicate that I was a thief. She had the eye roll , she said that it could not have happened, on and on. I called her out on it which really ticked her off. I tried to show her proof of the original purchase and where I went back and had to repurchase the same exact items that I was missing just a few days later. (On that day the service desk was already closed there was no one who could help. I even asked one of the other workers and they said I could only get it taken care of the next day when the service desk would reopen but I needed those groceries right then so I re-purchased them.) I also have a screen shot of my phone call to the Wilmington Kroger 2 hours after I got home when I noticed the groceries were missing and I called them to report it. In the end Desiree said I first started the problem
(which if calling her out on her nasty and accusatory attitude is starting it I guess I would be guilty). But she slammed the scanner down onto the desk ( and I mean hard). I called for a higher manager Desiree left immediately for a “break”. The other manager came said he would talk with her on handling customers and offered me $15 credit on my Kroger card for my trouble at which time I said absolutely not. ( she had reimbursed my bank card already) and I wasn’t there for a handout. He said he would ask her about what happened. Well we already know her side. So I challenged him to watch it all on camera. Wish they would go back on camera and watch the bagger put my groceries in the cart of the customer ahead of me as they were chatting for several minutes on the day this first happened. But I think they only look at cameras when it benefits them. So at the end of the day not only did they inconvenience me by not giving me my purchased groceries, but I was also accused of being a liar and a thief at which time I never did get an apology which I asked for. Prior to that I was having a nice Mothers Day at church with my family. Mother’s Day dinner with my grandchildren and great grandchild. Then after my Kroger fiasco I took my $35 dollar Kroger flowers (that I bought before going up to the service desk) and took them to my 86 year old mother whom I help take care of because of her dementia and Parkinson’s. Happy Mothers Day mom. And to Desiree, I don’t know why you are so bitter and nasty. I’m sorry that you were apparently unhappy working. But please dont take it out on me. I am always respectful. I am one of the most honest, compassionate , and trustworthy people that will cross your path.

The people that work in that pharmacy are the rudest that I have encountered. If I had ANY other option, I'd move my prescription from that store. They're rude in person, they're rude on the phone. Just rude period. Every. Last. One of them.
