Nothing like being in a town with no Home Depot to grow a serious distaste for lowes. Service, installation... you all suck... youve refunded me more money this year than I've spent with you trying (and failing miserably) to replace an apartment with of floors. After months of epic bs with your floor contractor I contacted a competitor ( discount carpet) and had it done with in a few days Never again

The staff treated me very nice and helped me find exactly what I needed. The building was also well laid out and clean inside. I plan on coming to this location based on where I currently reside.

Terrible customer service and if you ever need a key cut, do yourself a HUGE favor and go to ACE.

It's Lowes, what more can I say? Honestly it is like most LowesI have ever been to, however the lines waiting to checkout are ridiculous. Every time I have been here I wait at least ten minutes in line to checkout. This is the only Lowes store where this issue is a constant problem. Amazingly there are staff members walking around not doing much of anything while everyone just stands there in line. Fix the wait = happy customers.

Our fridge crapped out after 22 years of maintenance free service. So, I went to Home depot and they could only deliver me a fridge 5 days out. I could not buy one off the floor so we walked and went to Lowes in Wilmington, Ohio. Not only are the deals better there but I am getting a fridge delivered tomorrow and the old one taken away. I have never had such a care-free experience with such a nice sales lady. Everything went so nicely, that I was out of there in 15 minutes. WOW! Lowes, you ROCK!

Friendly and helpful service. Just bought a custom kitchen there and, overall, it went well. I shop there frequently.
