“The owners are friendly & fair, & they are awesome in how they deal with issues.
The units are nothing fancy but they're exactly what you need if you don't need a temperature controlled storage.
The prices are comparable to other storage places.
They have a fair late fee of $10 which does not increase daily as some places do.”

They showed up on time and worked hard the whole day to get us loaded and unloaded. Took care with all of our furnishings! Would definitely use again!”

She was extremely professional with her business but also helpful as a community member being that my child is 200 miles from home. The property is clean, complete with coded gate entry and a fully paved driveway/lot. Close to Wilmington College and downtown. It’s evident that ownership takes pride in their business. We will continue to rent each summer.”
