They are FRAUDS!! BEWARE! Owners are in on the storage units getting broke into and all your valuables stolen. Even once you move out they refuse to shut down your account and continue to charge you no matter how many times they tell you they have closed your account, they will keep charging you. Also they claim they have security, that there are cameras, they are FAKE!! Even the police confirmed the cameras are FAKE! All the neighbors say that place isn’t safe and they witness break ins occur weekly. False advertising, false security claims, false people!! Legal action is about to be taken.

Beware!!. Horrible place. They will charge you for a month your unit was empty after you moved out and this simply was because my fiancé went and emptied the unit while I was at work so I had no idea. The storage unit was empty by end of July and he sent an email saying the month of August AND September was due when today is only 8/28/25, September hasn’t even happened yet. Tried to charge my card $130. Thank God I have my cards locked and have gave the information to my lawyer. Stay away from this “company” very unprofessional and refused to check the property cameras to verify that we did indeed move out at the end July. Money greedy. Very unprofessional and will never recommend. Bad bad service. No wonder all of their units are empty and nobody uses this place. Scammer alert!

The cameras are fake dude had the nerve to lie to my wife saying only camera in my stall was down guy that broke in even stole our new born clothes! Had to find out from the police the cameras are fake!

Owner lives in Indiana doesn't answer his phone will take a few days to answer your text if he answers at all. It's unmanaged he lives in Indiana. while leaving my stuff there I still have worries in the back of my mind because of the lack of management. Wish they would take phone calls or even act like they own a business and be somewhat professional at all.

Was 1 month behind , Made a double payment plus late fee to catch it up. The following month I went to get my Christmas tree and they locked it with out notifying me. Worse part they never unlocked it after paid and drove 1 hour one way to get there. The people never answer phone, Nor return calls.
