Smyth in Wilmington has the very best manager ever , since they have been therePurchased rotors out of town was given the wrong rotors .But only taking care of me at minimum he went well beyond and did the with the exchange of a better rotor and took the time to research why the wrong part . This guy is the best a long with the lady I spoke to on the phone . I would never go no where Else. He was amazing ! And that is few and far between

Manager lady was extremely rude acting like I was bothering her and ruined her day by showing up. Sent my girlfriend in a few days later and she acted the same way. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I don't normally give 5 stars to any business. These folks just go above and beyond. I can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff and the help they gave to a very hot trucker (busted radiator hose on a 90 degree day). I will forever remember the kindness shown to me. This would definitely be the place I would shop if ever needed parts in Wilmington Ohio.

The guys here are nice. They generally have the parts I need. And the parts are slightly better quality. To be honest and you need all four parts stores that are within 1/2 Mile. But they are generally my first choice. Check online first for parts. The guys here will spend all the time needed to help you find the right parts.

I run an automotive shop and I was hesitant at first to do business with Smyth since they were "the new kids in town". However, after learning that they're a family owned business like mine, I decided to give them a shot and I'm super happy that I did! Scottie and Mike take such good care of my crew; we get our parts fast, the right order each time, and they make it easy to do business with them. My clients are getting quality parts too. Out of the thousands of Smyth parts that our shop has installed, there's only been a faulty part ONE time in all of those repairs. That's quite the winning streak! I'm on board with Smyth for a long time to come.
