I needed four new tires put on my Equinox. I made an appointment, but when the day came there was some issue with the payment arrangement. Kevin and Andrew took care of the situation and made sure the job got done regardless of the circumstances. This is not the first time that this location has really helped me out of a tight spot. When I have a tire issue, I always call Tire Doscounters in Wilmington first. Thanks so much, Guys! Your kindness and compassion was truly a blessing 🙏🏼

While traveling through the Midwest we needed to replace 2 tires on our Chevy 2500HD. Kevin did amazing job detecting that we didn’t need a balance cuz that was not the issue. It was due to rotting tires coming undone. Got a deal on Toya tires, alignment n balanced. We also took in my Jeep Wrangler due to death wobble, Kevin was the 2nd person I went to for another set of eyes. He was able to fix the parts that needed fix and also got Cooper tires at a great discount as well. Set of tires he recommended looked rugged and beefy. Love the new look! Spent way less than what the 1st person recommended. We’re extremely pleased with the honesty, service and knowledge Kevin provided. Finally back to Florida before the cold snap came in and no death wobble! Highly recommend for all your mechanics need!

Today we drove in with one flat tire out of six on our RV. The guys here took care of us by helping us find the tires we needed even at another tire store and even drove us there to get them. Two new tires were promptly installed. The team at Tire Discounters couldn't have been more helpful and are an asset to this community. Many thanks!

I ended up getting a flat tire at Kairos Coffee shop. Andrew and his team went out of their way to take off my old wheel and put my spare on in the parking lot so I could drive my car to the shop for them to replace the tire. They changed my tire in minutes! I am so grateful for them. They truly went above and beyond! Thank you again for all your help! God bless you all!

I've been going to the Wilmington Tire Discounters for years and I've had nothing but great experiences with them. They are friendly, honest, and do great work. In fact, just today I went in for an alignment and they didn't charge me a thing because the car was still within spec...I don't think every other shop would do something like that.
