The store is clean, staff mostly friendly. But the pump credit card readers DO NOT WORK. ever. Stopped 11 times the past month. Never was able to pay at pump. Unfortunate.

Store overall was pretty clean and they had plenty of trash cans. The toilet was out of order in mens bathroom & Floor was pretty sticky. The sales girls were helpful. Good selection of beverages and snacks. Even have a ready-made food island.

Stopped on the way to Columbus for gas, food and bathroom. Both bathrooms had \\\"closed\\\" signs on the doors, doubt there was a real reason for that besides being Sunday evening around 7:45. Fuel pump ran slow and this exit had very little in the way of food. Rated: Keep driving

Super slow pumps like others have mentioned. No soap in the bathroom and every single window washer tool was dry. Whoever manages this location is not paying any attention.

Not a single person out of the six in the store, except me, was wearing a mask. That includes the three employees. No wonder Ohio is about to shutdown again. Christ.

Place was spotless. I was just passing through and I assumed it was a brand new building. Cleanest gas station I've ever been to. Not sure what the other reviews meant by slow pumps either. They must've fixed the issue because we had no problem on a Saturday with nearly all the pumps occupied. Staff was very sweet as well.

Avoid this at all cost. Drive 10 miles and go Lebanon truck stop or Speedway ay 48 exit.. They have people that care and want to be there They also have food and coffee. All the time..

This place is THE cleanest most organized gas station I have ever been in!! The staff was friendly and so so accommodating!! Even the bathrooms and the parking lot are INCREDIBLY CLEAN. GREAT GREAT PLACE. TWO

The worst experience ever in a Shell Gas Station I wasn’t offered or told about my veterans discount. As well I was told that they don’t have the capability to do split transactions. This happen at about 7pm the older lady cashier was extremely rude wouldn’t give me any numbers to management argued with me not trying to assist me at all. We travel from Ohio to Tennessee quite often since we have fuel rewards this is why we use Shell.

This morning at 6:30 the line was past the door and stretched to the aisles there where 3 people working behind the counter and only one register open next time I'll go across the street for my morning coffee and gas. People are trying to get to work it's ridiculous.
