The gym is open 24/7 and 24hr great staff and nice girl at the desk. Equipment is clean well kept awesome and organized. The place offer a variety of cardio and strength fitness equipment workout classes and a kids corner. It is a great place for bodybuilders and anyone at any fitness level. Membership fees fair and the atmosphere is a no judgement zone. The gym is really clean and highly recommend for a healthy lifestyle or new journey.
Though I would like to see a real ab machine and back machine, as well as some curl machines, they do have a lot. Special shoutout to Shannon, who went beyond the call of duty by loading my weight plates for me on the seated row machine, while I am recovering from a torn hamstring tendon.

I've been coming here for 6 years. Out of the 4 gyms I've attended in the last 11 years, this place is my favorite. Every time I'm here they are sweeping/mopping something, equipment is kept up and updated, and staff is friendly and responsive. They even mailed me a Vital onesie when I had my baby last year ❤
