Since they got the new crew working there it has been a great store. They don't make you wait to be checked out. I do think it's unfair that the employees have to stock during the day as well as man the register. But they do there best. Cut them some slack.

Only store like place located in Winchester, Ohio. They have had their fair share of lazy and rude employees, thats for sure but as of 2025 seems not to be the case. Shelves are staying stocked and able to check out when you want to, not when they want you to.

Aube, is one of the best family dollar employees I have ever encountered. If I need something. She knows where it's at. And always smiles. I don't understand why she isn't a manager. Thanks for taking time to hire good people.

This is right up the toadfrom my house and i love it. The girls ate always smiling and full of laughter and Aube takes time to ask how my day is and how the family is doing. It makes my day knowing that her and her team know and love my family

My wife loves this place! I think she stops here at least twice a week. She usually stops for one item and ends up walking out with a whole cart! :-) we have closets full of stuff from family Dollar. It's probably her favorite store. :-)

I just want to recognize the new manager kelsea i believe her name is. I appologize for the spelling. However 2 days ago i had an issue with an item i purchased being defective and kelsea was very helpful very polite and kind. I just feel its important to give credit where it is due especially since i had a major problem with the managers of this store 3 years ago!
