I've been trying to get my package for almost 3 days now and every time I get an opportunity to go over there their always closed or on break. Instead of putting it in a lock box so I can get it when I come back to town in the evening. They just keep hanging on to it. It's getting really annoying

They dont pick up letters being sent out they just leave them in the box and put the flag down

Never had an issue with this branch. Have had mail held for pickup no problem. Friendly staff.
