The manager smells like rotting cheese. Couldn't stand to be within 5 feet of the guy without gagging. I get it your job is long hours but take a freaking shower. The store is fairly clean but the coolers are always warm and anything you buy that's cold will go badwithin a day.

Admittingly it has been several months since I've been here. Yet, no matter the issue that happens here, its always a store that tries its best to accommodate when no others seem to care to. People need to try to be more understanding. Because... This town would be nothing without this store. Many locals have been saying for years that there is no where to work and no where to shop in Windham.... Whoa wait what? Years?! If that doesn't scream loudly to corporate to tell all their buddies that there is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to made here... Well I can tell you how many times I've heard from living out in the local vicinity for years is how horrible it is by the hundreds of accounts having to drive 20 minutes to any store... and there is a sizeable population here. That is a lot of cash loss... Even if the neighborhood may or may not be as say savory as some areas. There are plenty of stores in the Akron and Cleveland areas that have circumvented these issues and still makes hundreds of thousands of dollars.. Do the community a favor fellow businesses and build build build here! If not, I know you guys just went through a remodel but if no one else wants to build here. You could always just make your store bigger and bigger and take advantage of the situation. You would only be doing the community a favor in the long run.. and you would only get to put more cash in hand. . . and food in peoples mouths that now dont have to risk the local high speed two lane roads... Especially in the winter.. or those who dont have a vehicle currently in town. Or too old drive etc. etc. Sounds like a win win.

fda 112.127 no domestic animals are aloud in stores. Unless service dog. Why is this location allowing dogs that are not permitted? Dg policy states no dogs are aloud but yet I see them all the time amd employees say they can't do anything about it. If I trip over a dogs leash you better be ready for a lawsuit

Two stars for a clean store and the very few employees that are ever around to help. I understand the point of self-check out and I use it when I can— but for a location where the self-checkout often doesn’t except cash, you can literally never find anyone to help or ring you out. And you can hear them in the office right behind the register, but they just… idk, don’t care?? As someone who has done the retail/customer service song and dance for years, I revile people who complain for no reason… but truly, they could be doing more. My suspicion is lazy and/or bad management.

Nate Tingle is THE ONLY reason I'm giving even 1 star! Store manager, Robin, is VERY rude and unhelpful to co-workers and to the customers! I was banned from Windham store for unknown reasons! Trying to call the corporate office is next to impossible! Finally got someone to answer after 3 days of trying to calling. The woman says that she will have to send Robin's district manager to find out why I was banned and try to resolve any issues. Fat lot of good that's going to do!! The district manager is her best friend!! They need to replace Robin with a new store manager! Someone who actually cares about the store, the customers and the employees!

The staff at this store has fallen to some of the wearst I've ever seen .. the manager in charge acts like if you have a problem with the self checkout it's all your fault and will leave you standing there and go back to her office and ignore that you're there .. I stop In this store many times a week .. and do most of grocery shopping there .. but if this continues I'll be taking my money to IGA .. may cost a little more but at least I won't leave feeling like I was bothering the people working there ..

Every time I go to this store I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get service. Add a dinger or a bell that we can hit to get service. Every other Dollar General always has someone at the front. This has been an ongoing problem. People need to load debit cards, buy smokes,ice or anything behind the counter. You can't take care of that with self checkout.

We just moved to Windham and love the community. It's so nice to have a DG so close. Lots of selection including produce. Employees are always so nice. The self checkout is so convenient.

One employee that's great Nate Tingler, HE Sees You And helps you and checks you out. Manager was so rude to a gentleman yelling arguing with him in a nice way but sarcastic. Waiting in line is forever registers never work you run through store looking for someone to check you out. Most are elderly longtime Windham residents don't know how to use self check.need to hire cashiers and fire that sarcastic manager. Someone should be at register at all times. That's just bad business no stars from me.
