Well I have bit my lip one two many times an this last order pushed me to far. A couple days ago we put an order in for pizzas, potatoe wedges, and chicken.. ordered for 5:15 my husband got there at 5:05 to pick the order up obviously a little early.. they pull the ticket from the pizza that is sitting in the warmer, an tell him oh it will be 20 minutes for the chicken and potatoes.. mind you this is at 5:05 do you all want to guess what time he walked out of there.. Oh 5:38..to even think that this is ok to the employees that work there is ridiculous.. to have an order placed for 5:15 and you have the pizza done 10 plus mins before its even supposed to be ready and then have it sit there for another almost 40 min is BS.. so not only was the pizza pretty much cold, wait until you see a pick of the cheese pizza if I'm able to upload it.. I Guarantee more than half of the pizza didn't even have cheese on it.. I used to pick this pizza over any pizza but it has gone to crap..

Worst milkshake I’ve ever had in my life. We then asked for them to add ice cream to make it thicker, still mostly milk.. This place sucks

Really gone downhill.. been eating here for years and can honestly say i dont think ill ever order food here ever again.. pizza is ok but never been my favorite so usually get there chicken or there subs.. if you call to order some chicken or jojos youd think they would make it fresh but they give you dry chicken and cold and soggy jojos thats been sitting in there heater for who knows how long.. time before that i got 12 garlic parm tradional wings.. took one bite and threw em away.. wings were soaked in sauce and honestly dont think they were fully cooked.. waste of 10/15 bucks there...not sure how you mess up wings so bad..so next time i ordered food i called ahead when i was about 20minutes away thinking it should only take maybe 15minutes to get my food. Wanted something quick for supper on my way home. Called at about 6:30pm and order a taco salad and a chicken bacon ranch sub.. they told me itll be about 45min!.. this was on a tuesday night. I would understand if it was on a friday or sat night and everyone is ordering pizza but on a tuesday?.. they said they were really busy and backed up so i got there about 7pm and sat there for about a hlf hr before i went in to get my food. Youd think if they were so busy thered be a bunch of ppl coming in to get there food when i went in there was one other person waiting for there food... the delivery cars were there so i was confused why it would be taking so long. I told them im picking up my order and the lady turned around and asked if they started on my sub and taco salad and they hadnt even started making my food yet! You could tell both workers were very frustrated and the lady talking to me apologized and said itll be another 15 min... i almost told them not to worry about it but seeing as i already waited this long and didnt feel like cooking when i got home i decided to wait.. so i paid for my food and went back outside and sat in my car for another 15min.. 7:45pm went back in and food still wasnt rdy... so stood inside waiting. at about 7:58pm finally got my food! (They close at 8pm!) And of course my sub was barely edible. Ate maybe a third of it n threw it away.. taco salad wasnt anything special. For that long of a wait my food better be on point.. needless to say ill never order food from there again. Oh n btw never get pizza out of there warmer. They had two slices that they finally threw away right before they were about to close and they looked like they were sitting there since lunch.. looked dried out and hard as a rock if it looked edible i wouldve bought that instead of waiting an hr and a hlf for food! But not the first time ive seen (and made the mistake of trying to eat it a few times)dried out old pizza sitting in there warmer. Theyve been doing that for years. If your going to throw away the pizza anyway why keep it in there so damn long to the point its not even edible. I understand not wanting to waste food but that just looks bad on your busisness. Nobodys going to buy old dried out nasty looking pizza just throw it away wen it gets old. Dont wait 5min before you close.. as a local its really sad to see one of my favorite places to eat get so bad.

I order to go from this place due to the reviews online. First the price is way too high! We basically paid $50 for one large cheese and one large meat lovers. Second- the pizza dough was too much, sauce too sweet! I mean it tasted like Chef Boyaredd! We were so disappointed. This is not pizza at all. What I should of done and is bought a frozen one at Walmart to heat up. I definitely do not recommend for pizza.

The outside of the this store/pizzeria is cute and charming, and the inside still has features of a general store of years past. However, there are issues with customer service and the pathetic amount of ice cream my daughter an I received. After we finally flagged down a server, she seemed bothered to take our order and answer questions. Our small cones amounted to one golfball sized scoop atop a hollow wafer cone. Big disappointment considering most ice cream shops in the area have generous serving and waffle cone that are not an up-charge of $3.99. I understand help is difficult to find help and wholesale prices have increased for businesses but for $7.50 for two cones I expect something better.

Order take out from here for the first time. Great prices. My boys loved the pizza and fries. My chicken Alfredo was awesome!
