“Not sure why this Chase bank received such low reviews. I have used their drive-through service and atm many times without any issues, and I have called their bank several times whereby they always been friendly, provided detailed information that helped my situations, and when they were very busy they have always called me back within a short time to see how they could help. The only thing I dont like about the Chase banking is the boolschit I went through to get my account opened. Since I'm paraplegic with epilepsy and cant drive to the bank to open a checking account, I was told it was simple to do it online and if that dont work I can come into the bank to get the account created. Thats BOOLSCHIT! Their system continuously said they cant create account for me and they refused to tell me whats the problem! They said nothing right there on the website page and they never sent any email to explain. I called back into the Wintersville Chase bank and was then told sorry but since you already tried online and the system rejected you, we cant try to open your account in person but will have to wait until you receive a letter through mail within 10 business days. So now I have to wait SUCH A LONG time just to know why they wouldnt create my account even after I provided all of the required and personal information”
