It's ridiculous that the prices of mostly used merchandise have gone up so much. But they still want to be picky on what donations they accept...further lack of privacy for customers, they want you to tell them your phone number out loud in front of strangers to note your account. Apparently they are NOT concerned with customers safety or privacy...

My wife has been coming to this goodwill for years we have never had a bad experience I’ve always loved the experience I’ve had going weekly until last night. The donor door was shut early when the donor guy Justin with glasses finally came he was very rude, raised his voice at me and even cursed. I’m am completely baffled . He is obviously new because I’ve never seen him before and needs to be replaced . He has unfortunately caused this store to lose a long time customer which is upsetting.

Imma take your grandpa's style
Imma take your grandpa's style
No for real, ask your grandpa
Can I have his hand-me-downs? (Thank you!)
An absolutely fun and upscale unit, with better quality goods than most.

In response to the money you're charging going back into the community, I have to disagree with that. It bothers me like others have said, you are a NON-PROFIT organization that is MAKING A PROFIT. And, I do love to read and fact check things and you can't tell me you don't turn a HEALTHY PROFIT when the CEO is clearing about a $1,000,000 A YEAR!!! Look at the salary of other CEO's for your NONPROFIT company. After you do your research, tell me once again how the money goes back into the community.
MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!

Went there yesterday for Christmas decor an omg $8 for a small pack of odd color ball ornaments 😂 it's cheaper at the dollar tree and Walmart for new,a lot of stuff here is overly priced more oddball priced, bought a rubber rug for 3.41 was a long one the short one was the exact same price 🤷🏻whoever is pricing stuff has no clue on prices and I don't wanna have to give my number an sigh up to have constant notifications for a small discount

They took $5 out of my account and will not refund it. The Apple Pay system was down one day and it charged me for that transaction 2 weeks later.

I think it's a bit misleading that the first photo that comes up for this store is of the bins. This is not a bins/outlet store. Super disappointing. Besides that let down, it was an okay store.

A little smaller than Goodwill in Weirton, but still a good spot to thrift! Selection of clothes and housewares was pretty good- same goes for the stuffed animals. Prices seemed decent, comparable to other Goodwill locations I've been to- brand new clothes or big brands are a bit more expensive, but that's not unusual for any thrift store. The cashier who checked me out was very friendly, making me feel right at home. Great spot to shop!

This use to be a place where ppl that may not been able to afford Hollister an Abercrombie could come. An even if they could afford they can’t anymore. The owner or multimillionaire I should say could care less about anyone but his own pockets. The staff go thru items 1st then list on websites for triple the amount. Again USED ITEMS THAT ARE DONATED. HOODIES ARE 9. Are they insane? Broken toys are 4-5. I can go on an on please DONOT DONATE HERE. THERE ARE PLENTY
OF PLACES THAT WONT RIP You OFF.

No video games they send all their high priced stuff to their auction website and the north carolina video game store so I can't find cool stuff there anymore oh and they get it all for free so they shouldn't expect asking price for stuff online
