I worked here for 11 years, great owners,great management, they really do care about their tenants,properties are all maintained very well,great place to work,too! They are very good to their employees! 5 of their Properties are very close to Lakewood Park and Edgewater Park, with great access to Downtown!

Owners doesn’t update the apartments the garage needs improvements and all they want is money and their corporate office is very nice. They give you a three day notice on the 5th day which is not gonna hold up in court.
