Disappointed in what Allen Edmonds has become. There was a noticeable difference in quality when some of their processes changed regarding their leather. Now, in addition, their customer service is really lacking. It’s really hard to justify spending $250-$450 on what is really becoming closer to a $100 shoe quality experience.

Sam was absolutely the best to work with! Was accommodating and helped find the right fit for me. Ended up buying the Hamilton Oxford and Park Avenue online. Couldn't be happier!

Disappointed - I previously had a couple of problems with one pair of squeaky monk straps and another pair of oxfords that were a bit tight. When AE was at the Eton location, the associates applied some kind of conditioner and the squeak went away instantly, and they stretched the other pair in-store - those were ready in a couple of days. At Pinecrest, when I asked about the conditioner for a new pair of monk straps, and about having a pair of loafers stretched, I was told that they would not condition my shoes, and they only offered to send the loafers back to the factory for stretching and I could get them back in "a few weeks." Giving one extra star for the associate being professional and very apologetic, but overall, I'm extremely disappointed in the fall-off in service.

Incredible customer service, the store reps helped my boyfriend choose the perfect shoes and belt for an upcoming wedding. Friendly and knowledgeable, couldn't recommend them and the store more. They'll be moving locations beginning of June but we look forward to seeing them at their new location for some loafers in the future!

Service , knowledge, and quality footwear are what you get at Allen Edmonds Store.I own a lot of Allen Edmonds shoes. They are well built goodyear welted shoes that are made in America. They have very nice traditional men's shoes and in sizes you probably didn't even realize existed. No matter the shape of your foot They will be able to fit you with a shoe that fits right and looks good. If you have been thinking it's time for a pair of adult men's shoes, then an Allen Edmonds store is really your only choice unless you're in NYC or LA. Stop wasting your money on junk shoes and invest in a quality shoe that can last a lifetime if they are cared for.
