“The staff here are always so warm and welcoming. I love that they have sweets and treats from the old days. My mother has a sweet tooth and I like to send her a candy care-package filled with her favourites from childhood (1950s/1960s) for her birthday. There isn't much you can't find here.”

“I haven't actually been to the physical location, but I did purchase a bag of their chips in Columbus in a giant eagle marketplace in Hilliard and they were the best nondairy chocolate chips I've ever had. “I was in there the other day with my daughter. We purchased a small amount of bulk candy ($3 or $4) worth. When we left the mall I noticed a charge for $44 on my card. I called right away, and they asked me to come back. The girl who helped us was amazing. She did everything she could to fix the problem. Even calling her manager multiple times to have her walk her through getting me my money back. She apologized profusely, even though it wasn’t even her fault. Happy to say she got everything figured out and got my money back. We aren’t from the area, but I will definitely be returning when we are in town again. Wonderful customer service!!!”

“It’s always a good day when buying good chocolate! While I’ve shopped at many of the stores, this one is my favorite and closest to my home. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and the shelves are stocked. It’s very easy to find what one wants to buy; if you can’t find it, the staff is always there to help. I love the peanut brittle, cashews, and the peanut clusters!! This time, I just purchased the peanut brittle… I behaved myself! I highly recommend any of the Malley’s stores.”
