I went there on 3-26-24 and the guy teller was just rude and didn’t care. But I went to another location and they were very helpful. This one don’t have to worry about me coming back. Can you do half a star.

Great location. Very polite and friendly tellers, also quick and efficient. The location isn’t overly busy though Chagrin can be a pain. Overall great spot.

This branch is always fast and friendly. I'm in and out within five minutes. I usually stop in between work offices. Its helpful that they are efficient.

This used to be inside the Tops grocery store. Tops went out of business and Zagara's bought this store. Not long after they closed down this mini-branch.
