I came into the Kendra Scott in Pepper Pike for my annual birthday shopping trip. I just wanted to let you know that your entire staff was courteous and efficient. I worked directly with Genna and one other woman and they were kind, efficient, and took care of everything that I needed. I always enjoy coming into this store and have always had a positive experience each time.

It’s pouring down rain and they are making people wait outside in the rain and letting them in one by one because they are so worried about theft. Many people walked away, deservedly so. Bad brand impression and we like the brand.

Customer service will hang up repeatedly if you do have an issue. Greedy!
Katie the manager has hung up on me 3 times today. This business needs to be ashamed of themselves!

Everyone there is absolutely wonderful! I had to make an exchange and they made it super easy! They let me try on jewelry and were overall super helpful and friendly.

Love this store and location! Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and kind. They were serving complimentary water and wine on x-mas eve. Kandi was very sweet and helpful!Picked up a pack of “Lobe Wonder” patches for $10 at the check out counter and they have been a game changer for my sensitive cartilage piercing!

What a cool little shop. Recommended by a freind to find a birthday present for my partner. Gabriel was able to quickly show me the perfect gift and while grabbing it from the back, found a wonderful accompanying peice within my price range. My partner loved both peices and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Gabriel!

I live in norther MI there is no store with in a 4 hr drive, was trying to purchase a gift for my 12 year old granddaughter, my daughter lives close to the Eaton store in Cleveland. Purchased a necklace and earrings for my daughter to pick up at store. In talking with my daughter in law I believed I purchased the wrong item. So I called and purchased another one, explained to sales clerk that one would be returned. Well they only give a in store credit ! Which was not told at time on phone order. Now if I purchased online they would credit my charge card. So sorry I’m in my 70’s and shop the old fashion way in stores. Will never purchase another item (after using store credit) from this store, will find other avenue to purchase gifts for my 4 granddaughters!
