βI was having trouble getting a long standing prescription refilled due to low reimbursement from the pbm that Medical Mutual uses. Drug mart had refused to fill it any further. However when I explained this was the last refill, it is actually the taper off dose. If a diabetic stops glp 1 drugs suddenly it can cause serious problems. They filled it. Thank you- pharmacy department.

βDiscount Drug Mart is the one stop shop. The Reminderville store is the best. I have never had a bad experience. The store is very clean and all staff I have encountered are very kind. Jessica is always there and always willing to help when I am looking for something specific. All around great store!β

βLove this place! They have the basics in nutritious food(and some not so nutritious). Great over the counter meds and the pharmacy staff are great. They take time with their customers. Small enough to fit the neighborhood and great hours. Five stars.β
βThe people working at Chesterland Giant Eagle are always pleasant and helpful. Given the number of people standing in line to check out, it would be helpful if the company would provide some self-checkout. Managers do not hesitate to step in to help customers in long lines.β

βGreat food variety in the vegetable section. Good mix of salads and fresh vegetables and fruits. Fuel perks to help you save even more that you can redeem on food or gas. Get and use the fuel perks credit card for even more savingsβ

We love the break we get on select items (like produce), and many of their specials.
I may sound like I'm not discerning, but I can't tell the difference in quality between the meats sold here and other grocery stores.
The store is clean and most items on sale are available when I shop. Staff is cordial to friendly, and I usually shop once a week.β

βI come to this store three times a week. The Manager Bill, is always working, stocking, arranging items, and servicing customers. He is always ready to stop and help a customer find what they are looking for. Great customer service skills, and goes out of his way to give every shopper a great experience. What I like and respect most about Bill and his store, is, during these difficult times, when prices are going up, Bill still finds a way to give the customers great deals. βSimply a wonderful store. The perfect place whether you need fresh spinach, a birthday card, or an emergency screw driver. We visit near daily. Easy parking, efficient cashiers, well stocked. Great pharmacy staff and inventory.β

βMy son gets all of his prescriptions from here and I cannot say good enough things about this pharmacy. They are exceptional when compared to Walgreens, CVS and other pharmacies alike. I truly cannot recommend this Pharmacy enough and how thorough and on top of it they are. 10/10 recommend.β

βThe deli section is hard to beat. Probably not what you think of for a drug store but the deli is pretty consistent and the prices are very low which is a relief in times like thisβ

βGreat establishment, clean place, nice and competent store manager and adept team, literally like the dream team.This pharmacy is literally carried by its front store; without the front store this place could be compared to a funeral home or a place of mass depression, but due to the wonderful people and the lovely management, it's no greater place to shop, but to shop at CVS.*reason for edit*New store manager and whole new crew really changed this store, it was as if the store was tore down and rebuilt.β

I could never do their job. Not only is it stressful it's a lot of work! And knowing all these people coming to them are sick in some way or taking care of someone sick. And they truly give you a shoulder to lean on.
I don't dread going to the pharmacy. I enjoy it. They're all such good people.β
