“Called to refill a prescription that was past due on a Friday for my son, which was my bad. I spoke to Que W, who was very helpful and accommodated my requests. Que said that they could fill it and send it out on Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I had enough medication to last till Monday, so that was not soon enough for me. She reached out to the Pharmacy to ask if they could do a rush order. She also reached out to the Shipping Manager and got special permission to ship the medication overnight. She went above and beyond and made a way for the medicine to be shipped out overnight. A huge shout out to Lee Silsby and Que for meeting and exceeding my expectations.”

“Pretty nice pharmacy. The store is clean and tidy and the pharmacy is quick with filling prescriptions, even if you are a new patient. Most staff are very friendly, except one staff member I've spoken with on a couple occasions in the pharmacy that never seems to be friendly. On the phone or in person. When working in customer service this is essential in my opinion. The drive-thru pharmacy is very convenient. Please note that the pharmacy does close daily 1:30-2p for a meal break as indicated in the photo. Also, I feel their prices are fair and affordable. I plan on returning for future needs.”

It was one of those things Marc's only carries and I wasn't sure if they were our or it had just been moved. 2 different people helped me find it, one names Jill walked around the entire store to help me find it. “GPS to the Crile Building. The parking lot there is by permit only, so park in the garage across Carnegie Ave. You will pay a few dollars by credit card. The sky walk across to Crile is on the third level. After walking across the Crile Building is at the end to the right. Note: That is now the 2nd floor. Information people are there if you need help with directions. There is a cafeteria just beyond the elevators. Finding the doctor's office was really easy, tho the campus can be intimidating.”

“The best pharmacy. Period. The pharmacist and staff are so helpful. They explain everything and they will even step away from behind the counter to show you where something is on the counter. They usually have the most competitive prices, too. They will always apply a GoodRX coupon code if you have one or help you find the best price. The texting service alerts you to when your prescription is ready for pickup and that is very convenient. I got a little sick and tired of the CVS pharmacists being too busy and/or dismissive so I am glad I changed pharmacies.”

The shelves are pretty messy I wish it wasn’t that but and the automatic checkouts are broken most of the time that I am there but the people are nice they have most of what you need so I give it a 8/10”
