I used the ATM, it did not give me the money I requested but withdrew the amount from my account! I went inside and the manager Mark Barry lied stating I would receive my funds within a hour after he filed a dispute, which was inaccurate information. He is not knowledgeable on bank practices and procedures. I called the PNC line to speak with a manager whom stated he should've never provided the information that he did. I would not be serviced or get a account here.

Fast and effective. Open late. Ar least four clerks available. Much better than branch on Chagrin Blvd

Bankers do not know what they are doing. The manager gave me the "Best Banker" (his words) and he improperly processed paperwork for us 3 times. Tellers are very rude and don't like to answer questions.

Nick Marek, Banker. He is super considerate! Saw me wearing a mask and put a mask on to talk with me. He's great! I would highly recommend asking for him.

This was the first branch I worked with when it was National City. Now it's PNC and they've got a great manager...David Cross! Set up a line of credit with no issues and got help with a vehicle transaction I had out of state! Couldn't be happier! Great guy!
