They are slum lords DO NOT rent from them. They have cockroach infested buildings (which they know about and refuse to adress). They avoid phone calls and NEVER return voicemails. Just save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs.

Was originally a tenant of beal properties until my building got sold without any heads up or information. The apartments on Torrey Hill in Toledo OH, are all absolute dumps. The buildings are almost 100 years old and maintenance is an absolute joke. My tub never drained, had it looked at 3 times until I finally gave up on trying to get them to fix it. No security on the buildings and no AC. Major electrical issues such as the fact I couldn't run my space heater at the same time as my microwave or the breaker would hit and shut off electricity in the whole apartment until I hit the switch. About 30 feral cats in the alley, and the property manager will not do anything about it. Washer/dryer would be out for weeks at a time. Property manager came into my apartment visibly under the influence one time a while back and told me how dirty my apartment was, and pointed at my girlfriend and told me that she could clean it up. I had a mental breakdown at one point due to a stressful time and the property manager came screaming at my window telling me to quiet down. Girlfriend went out to try to explain the situation and the property manager just assumed that her and I were in an altercation which we were not. Then proceeded to tell my girlfriend she wasn't allowed to be there since she was on the lease. We came back to a notice to vacate due to misconduct and non tenants on the lease (something she never had a problem with before). Tried working it out with her but she was under the impression that I called her a B**** which I did not. The whole reason for vacating was all about her own personal issues and prejudice towards me. These people do not care about peoples lives one bit. Its one step above living in squalor. So glad I'm not there anymore and I hope to see changes for the sake of the few good people who still rent over there.

Very rude and unprofessional.
I am at the maple height's location, and I haven't had air for 2 months, the "BOSS" is what he called himself has no empathy and had no suggestions when it came to being comped for the rent said If I want, I cannot pay my rent had he can just give me a 3-day notice. I do not recommend live at their properties.
The halls stink and are always filthy
People are always leaving trash in the parking garage

I moved into my house in October and when I tell you ever since it’s been HELL for me and my 2 kids ! From gas leaks , to light wiring problems , to now today is Saturday, my kids and I have been without water since TUESDAY! I haven’t gotten a clear response from the “property manager” or the water company but yet I have been having to find a place for me and my children to sleep ! Finally I got through to the water company again today and they told me to try again Monday ! All of this while I haven’t spoken to anyone from the management company ! I would advise anyone if you are looking for a house do not rent from them ! They are unprofessional and they don’t see the urgency in tenants having basic things you’d need to survive like lights gas and water in a house that you have to pay rent every month to not live in !

Been working with RAL about a year. It was a pleasure from day one. Emi was very friendly and professional from the start. Few problems with a tenant was resolved very quickly and repairs and maintenance was done in a timely manner within a reasonable budget. I can recommend RAL to anyone looking for a property manager with full confidence.

A friend of mine recommended Emi as a property manager. I needed to make sure that they would always provide timely follow-ups for maintenance requests and fill vacancies. They've been great for the yeae I've hired them so far.

This is the worst place to give your money to they don't answer phones they don't show houses all they do is keep your money and if you don't believe me try it they're not going to show you, they have no professionality this place is the worst home rental place in the city of Cleveland

Very unprofessional group of people. I really liked the properties, hated having to go through this team. Ended up renting with Realty Now Property Management. Got approved & moved in within a week. More than I can say RAL did for me in a month.

I would think twice before giving this company a chance. Literally took my money when it came to applications fees because they never called me back, every time I called and asked about the status of my application, they always had an attitude and gave me false information and to make matters worse, they knew they already had a pending applicant for the home I went to view and never once did any one offer to move my application to a different property. I can’t do business with people like that. Sorry not sorry

I'm not to sure about this company it's based In Ohio but when dealing with them in another state their business name changes which is odd.. and when I looked up the property the real owners Name is displayed instead of this company, and for me that was a red flag.
