It’s not great in my opinion. I don’t get the point of having a small target right there. Target is known for having a large variety of items but this store doesn’t have much. I also noticed the prices on the smaller “express” target are higher than the larger target. The people who work there seem nice but I’ve only interacted with them a few times so I can’t say much. But if you want something from target I recommend going next door to tj maxx or just go to the one in mayfield because you probably won’t find what you’re looking for.

This seems like a failed experiment for target. It’s a small footprint store, so it has less than the usual target store would have. The store is dirty and disorganized and the staff doesn’t seem to care or bother to help customers. Parking is okay at this location but that’s probably because they don’t seem to get busy.

This is the closest Target to me and it’s not that bad for being a new store, although it’s a lot smaller then normal sized Targets and the staff here are honestly kinda rude, I will honestly start going to the University Heights Target more often since they’re way nicer there.

Very Poor customer service at this location then I’m accustomed with Targets across the nation.
This location is smaller, less stocked and less staffed the
other locations
Usually staff is upbeat and helpful
>but my encounter with Monica at the customer service desk this week was discouraging. She was dismissive making me wait while others behind me were attended to and then finally after my patience with her made no effort to resolve my issue because she just wanted to go home and close the store and told me to come back another day after I had driven all the way over there and waited so long in line #RUDE

They’ll mark online orders out of stock instead of looking for the item. I’ve gone in just to find the item right where it’s supposed to be an hour later. Oh and expect a healthy dose of attitude from their so called employees.

Walked in at 9:50 to buy 2 items, got to self checkout the shut all the lights off like it was a restaurant. the person behind me was checking out at exactly 10pm and the girl told him “sorry we’re closed” as if she wasn’t about to let him check his stuff out? I personally love target hate that this location is over priced but i found this extremely rude. Especially because if people are already in the store the most you can do is say we’re closing but to decline someone of buying items & turning the lights off was just to far.

This target is extremely clean and tidy. Limited selection compared to other Target locations but some also some unique items you don’t find anywhere else. Unfortunately they are not worthy of more than two stars because their prices seem to be about 10-15% higher across the board compared to other Target stores in the area.

I love that it so easy to get in and out. Has all the essentials for a “Target run”. This is my favorite Target!
