Spring Meadows Care Center is a small facility with a lot of character. The staff cares about the residents and building and working hard to care for the residents the best they can focusing on what is best for the residents. The team is easy to work with and welcomes anyone coming through the door.

I worked here for 2 years and it was an amazing place to work and live! Then the new company started firing long term employees and replacing them with people who have no idea what they are doing ! The whole building is just agency now, and I fear for the residents ! Corporate guy (Noah) doesn’t have a lick of empathy in his entire body, they refuse to buy a company vehicle to transport residents in or give their staff competitive wages ! All they care about is being cheap and making money ! The administrator (William) is a yes man who does whatever corporate tells him to do, and doesn’t fight for his employees! The whole company is ran by brain dead liars !

These places are all the same. They whine about being short staffed but do nothing to retain or hire experienced STNAs. You see them all the time on job apps because they can’t retain or hire good employees. When they do, they’re just ran off by the snooty, catty staff. They don’t care about the mental health of healthcare workers. If they did, they’d be more understanding and empathetic instead of worrying about going to the local dive bar in Milford Center with their fellow work heifers. The DON has to cover shifts because they’re so short staffed. The building is outdated with outdated equipment and the staff they do have is either related or besties. It’s an unfair, toxic work environment and if they deem your unworthy of their wittle clique they’ll ghost you after your initial interview.
