“I can’t thank Jeff enough for helping my family out when our van broke down on the side of 280 during a family trip. After pushing our car far enough off the road not to worry about it getting clobbered by mack trucks, we only barely managed to find a room at a hotel down the street. In the morning, the office lady offered to help us find someone to repair our vehicle, and fortunately she had known Jeff from way back in high school. He not only took the job on short notice and worked through some hiccups along the way, but he took really good care of us. He must have put some extra effort into finding a good deal on the part we needed, because he ended up billing us less than his initial estimate, which was very fair as it was, even though we were in a bind and from out of town. We have no complaints about his work. He replaced our alternator and repaired our power steering--and he did a great job and did way better than just get us on the road again. The steering is so smooth and gentle, it feels like the van floats down the road now.
