Love the rude comments from employees over the phone and being hung up on makes me feel like a respected customer- still feel utterly disrespected from someone who works at a parts store. “I can give you a random part number if that helps”

Went in to get a couple things, first thing I noticed was a worker standing near the door smoking while talking on the phone (letting the smoke roll in the store) but that wasn’t the issue. Another guy as well as myself stood at the counter while this gentleman continued his call and ignored us. Needless to say I put my stuff back and went next door to auto zone.

I Bought a Lot of Parts here.Bought 2 new Rotors,Calipers,and Pads for my 2018 Toyota Sienna.Front end shook when I Brake.. Didn't take em back right away because it's wife's Ride.Couple months Later I put new Rotor on Brakes like new.Advance won't give me Refund saying Bad Caliper Caused it.Oh so you sold me a Bad Caliper

Great place to get parts for your car. I have gotten windshield wiper blades here as well as batteries for multiple cars. The staff here is friendly and they are very helpful. They can look up your car make and model, and look up specific parts and make sure they will work with your car.

Love coming here. Employees are very kind and helpful! Prices are competitive. Used to favor AutoZone, but advanced has definitely win me over! Great management sure helps ton a great store. Keep up the awesome work guys.
