The service employee was very rude and hard to deal with I don't think we'll do any further business at Ag-Pro

I just called them and they hung up when they transferred me to sales. I called back and they acted rude when I mentioned they had hung up. No apology, it's simple customer service. I won't be doing business there. I'm buying 2 new Stihl backpack leaf blowers. Somewhere else!

I will never work with them again. We purchased over $600 dollars in parts for our tractor and installed them correctly but one pulley failed. We mowed only 4 xs and the one pulley failed. We went back to show how the pulley was defective. We showed the store how they were installed correctly, but every time we could prove that we didn't do what they claimed, they had another reason. The bottom line: They just don't stand behind their products. They told us that even though we did every thing that they do to install the parts, they would not cover it. We will be buying elsewhere.

We really gotta pay parts people more so we can get people that actually know what a part is it's beyond ridiculous

We looked into a Rayco RG 37 stump grinder. We talked with Rayco Ron very knowledgeable, and the reason why he is so knowledgeable about Rayco machines is that he worked at the factory for over 38 years. The purchase was simple and easy. Ron even took us nearby, and we got to grind a stump under his supervision .Rayco Ron is the man!

I bought a Stihl pole saw from the Burbank location and it was dead on delivery. The service tech tried to fix it during set-up but couldn't make it work. I rented a lift to use the saw and was racking up a $400 a day rental so they sent me to the Wooster store to get another one that they had. The guy who "helped me" (I wish I had his name) was cold and unhelpful, mostly scowled at me when I tested it. This is what you get from corporate retail chains that have mostly unknowledgeable and poorly trained staff. It's a fast food business model. From now on I'll stick with family run and operated farm equipment stores.

Called service department three weeks ago and ask to speak to Dave who is a very good field repair guy. Needed Dave’s help with my 5105 JD. Pretty sure he never was given message and never heard back from service department. Decided to have a local non JD mechanic take a look. He ordered parts and AgPro never placed order. Placed the order again today. When I call down there, everyone seems confused and lost. My history goes back to McIllvaine’s over 50 years ago when you could get parts and people who were helpful. Dave has always been helpful but I am certain that he is overwhelmed these days. If there is a way to bypass AgPro parts department, I would just prefer to get parts directly from John Deere on the internet.

Adam is very knowledgeable on the machines/equipment he sells and is very easy to work with! He has always been there to answer any questions or problems we’ve had in a timely manner. I would highly recommend calling Adam for any of your John Deere or Stihl needs!
