The website is very misleading. The website says they offer recertification of tanks, however when we called they said they do not offer that service. Very disappointed.

I am never able to get ahold of a person to answer questions. I ordered propane with a discount code but the code was never applied. Because I was unable to speak to anyone, I had to pay for it.

The delivery was fine. Your customer service is awful. Every time I call, I get an oversees call center and no one can answer my questions or get me to someone who has any authority or ability to help me. I have called to talk about the rental fee on the tank and get no answer or explanation. I have asked to talk to a supervisor about it and get promises someone will call me and I never get a call back.

I like that our tank gets filled every month. I don't have to check it and I know we have enough when the temperature drops.

Zero stars if possible.We had an additional furnace installed and our regulator needs adjusted since half of the house doesn’t have heat. I have been trying to get somebody out here for 13 days. They sent a refill, not a technician and he said “I can’t adjust, I know everything is messed up right now in the system”.I have submitted 2 technician orders through the phone line and 1 online. Just to be told each time “somebody will contact you within 1-2 days”.We have 2 very young kids and a baby, this is extremely frustrating to have this run around. It is cold, and getting colder. Our HVAC company will not adjust the regulator because “Amerigas doesn’t like that”.There is no actual person to get a hold of locally, just a “customer service” line clearly not on the same continent. We bought this house 2 years ago and it’s been nothing but a problem any time we have needed a technician. We will be changing companies as soon as possible.

Someone locked out tank because of leak. Fixed leak but no one has come to unlock tank for 3 weeks now. Called multiple times with no resolution. Have been a customer for 23 years but no longer after this tank!!

3rd or 4th time now we called ordered paid for propane going on week now still haven't came just giving us run around on phone everytime we call we'll be switching companies after this would not recommend
